Refund policy

Dissatisfied with your Mane Crafters product? Request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email support@manecrafters.com to initiate the process. Products should be in its original packaging unopened, undamaged, and unused in order to be approved for a refund. Once approved, follow the provided instructions to return the product within 30 days. Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping cost. We'll credit the amount paid (excluding non refundable shipping costs) to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Contact your payment provider for refund status. For damaged products or fulfillment errors contact us immediately at support@manecrafters.com, providing pictures if possible. Your satisfaction is our priority!
